Counting blessings before the new year rolls in is always a proper way to celebrate the year that was. Putting a red dot on "Wing It" was a happy send-off for 2021 in my art journey!
"It's not me leaving!", I assured our Beagle boy that. 🤗

The past 365 days was a swirl of both uncertainty and anticipation. With government mandates as fickle and changeable as a middle ager's hormones and markets that rise and fall like adrenaline-pumping rollercoaster rides at Six Flags, it was a crazy year.
I wasn't exactly where I thought I would be by year-end either.
I had travel visions—camel rides with the kids watching the Sahara sunset and foraging for sea glass and shells on a balmy Caribbean beach.
Instead, my art did all the traveling this year. So it's all good. I am thankful.
You see, traveling is not just about physically being there. It is where your heart and soul have visited. Sometimes, its the feeling that takes you to places far beyond your wildest dreams.
That being said, I am off to California- well my painting that is.
What a year indeed. ❤️🤸‍♀
